BizHealth’s life insurance medical utilises an Exercise Physiologist and a General Practitioner for a 75-90 minute personalised consultation.

A full range of pathology, medical and paramedical tests are taken, including:

* Medical assessment (Head to Toe examination)
* Discussion of ‘Personal Health History’
* Discussion of any individual “Topics of interest”
* Review of pre-arranged pathology results include:

    • Total cholesterol
    • HDL cholesterol
    • LDL cholesterol
    • Triglycerides
    • Blood Glucose
    • Liver function tests
    • Red & white blood cell count
    • PSA (males > 45 years old

* Urinalysis
* Blood pressure
* Body composition measurement include:

    • Height
    • Weight
    • % Body fat
    • Waist / Hip / Ratio
    • Body Mass Index

* Lung function
* Flexibility and abdominal assessment
* Cardio-vascular fitness assessment (VO2 Max)
* Resting and exercise ECG
* Psychological stress inventory

* 5 day dietary analysis by dietician
